Participants strengthen their relationship with Allah through guided prayers, foundational religious learning, and practical spiritual routines that nurture discipline, calmness, and purpose.
A series of interactive sessions and real-life scenarios help shape positive behaviour, emotional intelligence, leadership qualities, and resilience. The goal is to build individuals of integrity who can navigate life with confidence.
Participants engage in outreach, volunteering, and hands-on service projects. This develops gratitude, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility towards family, community, and society.
The Foundation Program is completely free for all participants. MKH believes that financial barriers should not prevent anyone from embarking on their journey of transformation.
The program runs for 12 weeks with weekly sessions, typically held on weekends. Each session lasts approximately 3-4 hours. Participants must achieve at least 80% attendance to be eligible for the treatment phase.
While MKH initially focused on individuals with tattoos, the Foundation Program is open to anyone seeking spiritual growth, personal development, and community connection. You don't need to have tattoos to participate.
Certain family engagement sessions are held during the program where family members are welcome. However, most sessions are designed for participants only to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
We understand that life happens. However, maintaining 80% attendance is crucial for program completion. If you need to miss a session, please inform the MKH team in advance. Make-up sessions or materials may be provided when possible.
Upon completing the Foundation Program with at least 80% attendance, participants become eligible for the MKH Relief Scheme, which offers up to 50% subsidy for tattoo removal treatment. Additionally, graduates are welcomed into the mosque community and can choose to become MKH Advocates, supporting future program participants.
